Shipping Terms


NOTE: and Keragreen is a website and a company where only certified hairdressers and salon owners in Canada can purchase hair products and other related items. 


  • All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • All orders are subject to a shipping fee depending on the weight of product/s ordered and on the location of shipment.
  • Express shipping is available in Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
  • USA shipping is NOT available as we are EXCLUSIVELY distributing in Canada only.  
  • Worldwide shipping is NOT available.

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.

Shipping provides four shipping options, all made through Canada Post or UPS  – Regular Shipping, Expedited Shipping, XpressPost, and Priority,  Please note that any shipping method you choose, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.


Our goal at Keragreen is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business of providing professional hair care products, we cannot accept any returns from LIQUID products due to hygienic reasons. 

Electronic items can be returned within 7 business days at the customer’s expense.

If you have received an order of liquid items, and upon receiving you are not satisfied and wish to return (without using or opening any product), we allow 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on ALL returns (even if the item was unopened). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs & duties.

-Downloadable products such as books, are none refundable

Please Note: Local Pick-Up of products is ONLY from our  North York, Ontario location. Exact address will be provided upon order.

Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, you may want to try calling the manufacturer of the product.

If you would like to make a return request, please email with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Update” emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
